Evaluation. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis to the responsible quoter whose conforming quotation is rated technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated price determined fair and reasonable. The following factor(s) will be evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis: Catalyst 9300 48-port PoE+, Network Essentials (Part Number: C9300-48P-E), C9300 DNA Essentials, 48-Port Term Licenses (Part Number: C9300- DNA-E-48), C9300 DNA Essentials, 48-Port, 3 Year Term License (Part Number: C9300-DNA- E-48-3Y), all items must be new.
