About this file
This is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Schneider Electric Advantage Ultra Plan service covering UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and/or PDU (Power Distribution Unit) maintenance and support at the Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Health Care Facility. The statement outlines the Government's requirement for a brand-name or equivalent product that meets specified service level characteristics and quality standards. The Indian Health Service (IHS), under the Department of Health and Human Services, is conducting market research through this Sources Sought Notice (IHS-SS-26-1521934) to identify potential vendors capable of delivering these services, with particular interest in determining availability of Indian Small Businesses Economic Enterprises (ISBEE), Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE), or other small businesses. The anticipated primary NAICS code is 541511 (Custom Computer Programming Services), though other relevant codes will be considered based on vendor responses.
The acquisition is intended for the Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Health Care Facility and represents an informational and planning phase rather than a formal solicitation. Vendors proposing equivalent products or services must clearly demonstrate how their offerings meet or exceed the salient characteristics identified in the notice. The Government will use vendor responses to determine the appropriate acquisition method and evaluate the feasibility of implementing a small business set-aside. This notice does not constitute an obligation or commitment by the Indian Health Service, and specific response dates, pricing terms, and award dates are not addressed in the sources sought documentation provided.
