About this file
This document appears to be a series of procurement questions and responses for an Indian Health Service (IHS) solicitation seeking a part-time Pharmacist. The previous contract number is 75H71124P00272, and the requirement is for a part-time position with potential for expanded hours. The solicitation is specifically targeted for Native-owned companies, structured as a small business set-aside. If no Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) submits a competitive quote, the procurement will be opened to other small businesses. The document indicates uncertainty about the exact hours per week for the Pharmacist role, noting it will be part-time with possible flexibility for additional hours.

Text version
We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services.
If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number? PREVIOUS
CONTRACT NUMBER 75H71124P00272
Could you please confirm whether there are any incumbents for this contract, and whether the requirement is for a single part-time Pharmacist? Additionally, could you clarify the expected hours and days per week if the provider will be working fewer than 40 hours? PART-TIME
WITH POSSIBLY HAVING MORE HOURS
IHS solicitations sometimes state that if a responsive, responsible Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) does not submit a competitive offer, the ISBEE preference does not apply and the acquisition may be competed among other small businesses. Can you please confirm whether this solicitation follows that same structure and whether non-ISBEE small businesses may submit a proposal?
THIS IS FOR NATIVE OWNED COMPANIES. IT WILL BE SOLICITATED AS A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE IF
NO ISBEES QUOTE ON IT.
