About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a service contract between the Blackfeet Service Unit ("Customer") and the manufacturer Cepheid. The SOW outlines the requirements for a GeneXpert Service Agreement, which includes 24/7 telephone technical support, 5-day (8AM-6PM) onsite technical support, annual preventative maintenance, software upgrades, and a 98% uptime guarantee. The service plan must meet or exceed the requirements of the Clinical Laboratory Joint Commission and CLIA. The contractor shall provide service summary reports, calibration services, and XpertCheck inspections. The period of performance is 365 calendar days from date of award.
The related federal contract opportunity is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract to Cepheid for Preventive Maintenance Service Agreement, as Cepheid is the only authorized provider of service for GeneXpert systems. This is not a request for competitive proposals, but any interested parties should submit capability statements by 09/23/2024 for consideration.
