About this file

This document is a Wage Determination under the Service Contract Act, which lists the minimum hourly wage rates that must be paid to various labor categories for contracts subject to the Act.

The Wage Determination applies to contracts entered into or renewed on or after January 30, 2022 in the New Mexico counties of Cibola, Colfax, McKinley, Mora, Rio Arriba, San Miguel, and Taos. The minimum hourly rates range from $13.43 to $29.27 for the listed occupations, along with required fringe benefits. Contractors must pay workers at least $12.15 per hour if Executive Order 13658 applies, or at least $16.20 per hour if Executive Order 14026 applies, for all hours worked on the contract in 2023, even if those rates are higher than the rates listed in the Wage Determination.
