1. 2 PAIHS FCAP and Quarters SOW, Section B. Scope of Work, Page 1. Will building drawings, work orders, preventative maintenance records and Facility Managers or staff be provide before or on the day of site visits?

Drawings that are available will be provided to the selected contractor

PM records will not be provided

A meeting with the selected contractor will be scheduled with facility managers prior to site visit and after contract award.

2. 2 PAIHS FCAP and Quarters SOW, Section B. Scope of Work, Page 1‐2. Will Uniformat II be expected to be followed when contractor assess the sites?

Uniformat II is acceptable but not required

3. 2 PAIHS FCAP and Quarters SOW, Section B. Scope of Work, Page 2, Section 2 – Quarters Annual

Inspections. Is there a cost estimate threshold, (similar to the $25,000 for Healthcare Facility), for deficiencies for the Quarters?

No, the cost estimate threshold of $25,000 is not applicable to Quarters annual inspections.

4. 2 PAIHS FCAP and Quarters SOW, Section E. Experience Requirements, Page 3. How will the sewers be expected to be evaluated due to their unforeseen condition?

Sewer inspection methodology is to be determined by the proposing vendor. We have used camera inspection in the past.

5. 2 PAIHS FCAP and Quarters SOW, Page 4, Section F ‐ Submittals. C. Will you please provide a definition for an Environmental Health Professional?

An environmental health professional (EHP) is a trained and qualified individual who specializes in identifying and addressing environmental health hazards that can affect public health, safety, and well‐being.

6. 2 PAIHS FCAP and Quarters SOW, Page 5, Appendix A Service Units. Will you provide the square footage of the buildings to be assessed that are not listed in Appendix D Service Unit Quarters Inventories?
