About this file

This document is an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation Form for a federal contract opportunity. It is related to Solicitation #75H70524Q00030 for the "Secure Wireless Installation" requirement.

The solicitation is set aside for Indian Economic Enterprises under the Buy Indian Act. The primary purpose is to provide Cisco hardware and software installation services for the Indian Health Service. Offerors must be authorized Cisco partners to submit quotes for the required "brand name only" products and services. The government intends to award without discussions, using a "best value" approach. Offerors must be registered in SAM and meet the IEE eligibility requirements, which are outlined in the attached representation form that must be completed and submitted with proposals. The contracting officer may require documentation to verify IEE status, and awards are subject to protest if the awardee's eligibility is in question.
