About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) document for the City of Austin, Texas, detailing the procurement of Single Twisted and 5-Conductor Cable for traffic signal installation and maintenance projects throughout city limits. The SOW specifies the technical requirements and performance standards for cable products that will be utilized across various municipal traffic signal applications. The document outlines detailed specifications for cable construction, insulation materials, conductor configurations, and compliance with applicable industry standards. Response requirements and submission procedures are established to ensure qualified vendors can provide the requested materials within the city's operational timelines.
The SOW establishes performance and quality standards that vendors must meet, including specifications for cable testing, certification requirements, and material compatibility with existing traffic signal infrastructure. Pricing and contract terms are contingent upon vendor compliance with all technical specifications and city procurement regulations. The document does not indicate specific set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding amounts, or renewal options within the scope of work provided. Vendors responding to this opportunity must demonstrate their capacity to supply materials meeting the city's stringent technical requirements and deliver products suitable for integration into Austin's traffic signal network.
