• Are they allowed to take photographs on the job site?
• Are they allowed to have a dumpster for demo purposes?
• Do they provide their own portable restroom facilities?
Van Roseberry, Morgan Thornburg, inquired if storage boxes I trailers for supplies and tool storage are allowed to be left on site.
Bruce Dye, Engineering Technician, informed after the initial start of the project, the contractors will have direct access to the project site without processing through due to the location of the project being outside
21 Page the fence. He indicated the contractors will only need to check in to let the Powerhouse Staff know they are on site. Mr. Dye expressed taking photographs will be allowed with the exception of the fence or inmates. The dumpster for demo purposes will be allowed. Restroom facilities are available for the contract staff to access in the Powerhouse. He reiterated there will be inmates in the area and there should not be interaction with them.
The boxes I trailers are allowed to be left on site as long as they are secure.
Robert Huddleston, Utility Systems Foreman Operator Supervisor, stressed visual searches of the dumpster will be conducted each time it is removed.
Timothy Carter, Complex Captain, indicated the project being located outside the fence is beneficial.
