About this file
The document is an Invitation for Bid (IFB2021001350) issued by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for concession services at Lake Wappapello State Park in Williamsville, Missouri. The solicitation seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive concession services, including facility maintenance, merchandise sales, and operational management of park facilities. A non-mandatory facility tour is scheduled for June 8, 2021, at 11:00 AM CST at Shelter #1, with vendors required to confirm attendance by June 7, 2021, at 2:00 PM CST. The bid submission deadline is July 20, 2021, at 12:00 PM CDT, with vendors able to submit responses either electronically through the MissouriBUYS system or via hard copy to the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Administrative Services.
The IFB does not specify any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond, making the opportunity open to all vendors. No information is provided about incumbent vendors or current contractors, and there are no details about existing infrastructure or technology that might require integration. The solicitation package includes multiple attachments detailing maintenance responsibilities, contract areas, department and contractor-owned facilities, sample revenue reports, and prior year sales data. Notably, no estimated contract value or budget range is disclosed in the documentation. Vendors are required to submit extensive financial documentation, including personal financial statements, anticipated sources of startup capital, and projected income and expenses. Three addenda have been issued to the original solicitation, though the specific modifications are not detailed in the available documents.
