Cost Breakdown Sheets must be submitted with your bid package and in the format shown on the following pages.
*The priority level can be changed at DOGGR’s discretion.
Bids will be evaluated as follows:
SCENARIO 1
The award will be determined based upon the lowest Total Net Sum bid for all work.
SCENARIO 2
Scenario 2 will only be employed if the lowest Total Net Sum bid exceeds the District’s abandonment budget.
Under this unlikely scenario, the award will be given to the Contractor who is able to abandon the most “priority” wells within the Department of Conservation, DOGGR’s, allocated budget for this project. The wells are ranked in ascending order of priority (i.e. 1 being highest priority). The individual Net Cost for each well will be taken from each well, starting with “priority 1” and proceeding sequentially down the list. In the event that multiple contractors can abandon all the wells within the allocated budget, line items A and B will be used in the evaluation, in alphabetical order.
Note: Total Net Sum does not include credit for subsurface salvage. Subsurface salvage will be credited by the contractor to the final invoice at the conclusion of the agreement. Contractor will credit the State at the below rates:
