The contract seeks to purchase thirty-two (32) steel plate-based rumble plates, specifically twenty-two (22) units for Prima Deshecha Landfill and ten (10) units for Olinda Alpha Landfill. The plates are 8' x 10' steel units with specific technical requirements, including 2-1/2" x 1/4" angle iron cut at 45-degree angles, weighing more than 3,100 lbs each, and featuring a 1-1/4" threaded lifting insert. The manufacturer must provide a standard warranty, and the contractor will be responsible for all warranty work related to the plates.

However, it includes provisions for a 7.75% sales tax and separate freight charges for each delivery location. The contract allows for potential cooperative usage by other municipal, county, public utility, hospital, educational, and governmental organizations, with a 2% administrative rebate on subordinate contract sales. Invoicing will be completed electronically or by mail, with payment made within 30 days of receipt of a correct invoice. The contract emphasizes compliance with various county requirements, including non-discrimination policies, insurance provisions, and detailed delivery specifications.
