In some limited cases, the district may require that removed technology be taken to a warehouse location off site.

Typically, removals and installations will take place at the same time; however, sites may request removals separately of existing equipment with no installation.

• VENDOR is responsible for complete removal of all associated parts of an installation of an existing display, interactive whiteboard, or TV.

• VENDOR is responsible for relocating the removed equipment to a designated location on site for disposal.

In some cases, the district may require that removed technology is relocated to a designated facility within WCPSS. Advance notice will be given.

WCPSS recognizes that such requests may require a separate quote.

• Requests may vary and may include complete removal, removal and leaving equipment behind, removal and installation in another area of the same building, installation of other components, and others. WCPSS recognizes that such requests may require a separate quote.

See Pricing for additional details.
