About this file

This document is an Addendum to Invitation for Bid (IFB) #10A2661 for Roll Up Door Removal and Replacement Services in Stanislaus County, issued by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). The Addendum addresses questions regarding the required Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation, the responsibility for relocating or rerouting electrical and conduit obstructions, and the responsibility for providing electrical power to the new door operators. The project involves the removal and replacement of rolling steel doors in Stanislaus County, California.

The Addendum confirms that DVBE participation is required, and directs bidders to refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit D, Special Programs, for details. It also clarifies that the successful bidder is responsible for relocating or rerouting any electrical and conduit obstructions, as well as providing electrical power to the new door operators, as outlined in the Scope of Work (Exhibit A) of the Proposed Form of Agreement.
