The county is seeking competitive sealed bids from pre-qualified firms for a one-year contract to provide pavement maintenance services, with a total contract amount of $5,000,000. The mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 6, 2025, at 8:30 am, and electronic bids are due on March 19, 2025, at 2:00 pm PDT. Bidders must possess a current California Class A or C-12 Contractor's license and submit their bids through the county's online bidding system.

Bidders must submit these factors to four decimal places, which will be used to calculate the lowest responsive bid. The county will retain a 5% retention on payments, with final payment made 35 days after filing a Notice of Completion for each job order. The contract allows for partial payments for job orders lasting more than 45 days, and contractors have the option to receive payments via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT).
