• Engineering joint VA/DoD test environments, developing interagency test data and executing interagency test events to meet the needs of interagency / interoperability testing between Defense Healthcare Management Systems Modernization (DHMSM) and VA, particularly creation of test patient identities and establishment of patient correlations between Defense Eligibility Enrollment Registration System and Master Veteran Index test environments.

• Large scale data validation and data integrity validation required for a large-scale data migration during a new product implementation.

• Identifying and implementing courses of action on projects that have a compressed/shortened test and evaluation schedule with a fixed delivery deadline.

2. Please provide a summary of your experience with testing in a DevOps model including continuous testing and/or automated testing.

3. As a prime contractor, have you or are you currently performing testing services at the level of complexity and size and scale of VA? If so, provide a description of the work conducted by your firm.

4. What testing tools are you familiar with, or what testing tools do you think would provide benefit to the testing requirements in the PWS?

5. To facilitate a seamless transition without a break in testing and testing support services, the requirement is to quickly ramp up to support the extensive portfolio of testing activity. In the last year VA testing has supported:

A prime contractor must be able to accomplish the desired objectives within 30 calendar days.

a. Describe your approach to achieve this level of support in response to dynamic testing and testing support requirements.

b. Describe your approach to maintain the level of support for one program area, and also support a similar/identical level of effort on a second program area (i.e. double the service amounts listed above).

6. The VA intends to include the following into this proposal:
