About this file

This document is an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation Form for the Indian Health Service (IHS) related to a PAO Storage and Compute Solution solicitation. The form is designed to self-certify that an offeror meets the definition of an "Indian Economic Enterprise" under the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47), which requires the enterprise to have at least 51% Indian ownership and meet specific eligibility criteria throughout the solicitation, award, and contract performance periods.

The specific solicitation (IHS1513119) is for a PAO Storage and Compute Solution, with a response date of June 20 and a projected performance across multiple IHS facilities. The form warns that providing false or misleading information is a violation of law, punishable under various U.S. Code sections. Offerors must also be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM), and individual Contracting Officers may require documentation to verify eligibility for set-aside or sole source contracts under the Buy Indian Act.
