About this file
This document is a Sources Sought notice for Audiologist Services at the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit in Lame Deer, Montana. The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs), Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE), and other vendors capable of providing audiology services pursuant to the Buy Indian Act. The contract requires an audiologist to provide services for an estimated 34 days per year at the specified location.
Vendors interested in this opportunity must submit a capability statement along with the Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form. The solicitation (SS-75H709-25NC-001) is currently in the pre-solicitation stage and is not yet a formal request for proposals. The procurement will prioritize Indian Economic Enterprises through the negotiation authority of the Buy Indian Act, which mandates preference for such enterprises when practicable.
