Special Notice Intent to Sole Source
The General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Service, National Capital Region intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis under the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Program, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation § 19.1406 (a), to N-Link LSG Joint Venture, 550 NW Franklin Avenue, Bend, Oregon 97701. The period of performance for this contract is four months.
This is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements and is a SDVOSB vendor may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 5 days from the date of the publication of this synopsis.
Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses are due by 08/8/2016 2:00 pm EST. Information can be sent to the Contracting Officer at Daniel.r.miller@gsa.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement, however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, GSA will proceed with the sole source task order with N-Link LSG Joint Venture as noted herein. Costs associated with the preparation and submission of information and/or any follow-up information requests are the responsibility of the vendor and these costs will not be reimbursed by the Government.
