The following questions and answers are what have been received as of December 8, 2015. If any further questions are asked, the answers will be provided at the end of the following day.

1. Is there a scheduled site visit or a contact to view the facilities for PM?

Due to time constraints, no official site visits are scheduled.

2. Bid sheets are confusing are you looking for hourly pricing or a set price for all service calls under a thousand?

Need proposed labor mix, fully burdened labor rate and proposed number of labor hours. In addition, Service Calls under the $1000 get rolled into the Firm Fixed Price and are identified in the Equipment/Material Requirements section of the spreadsheet.

3. On jobs over a $1,000.00, is the contractor still responsible for the first $1,000.00 or is the entire amount reimbursed?

For anything over $1,000.00, the entire amount will need to invoice as documented in Service Call section of the SOW.

4. Can we use CPARs as past performance?

Yes. CPARs can be used for past performance

5. Can PPQ be submitted after December 2, 2015?

Disregard the due date shown on the PPQ form. PPQs can be submitted until the solicitation close date of December 15, 2015.
