The opportunity is a pre-solicitation sources sought notice, not a request for quote, bid, or proposal. The U.S. Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Sam Houston is seeking information from small businesses on their ability to meet the performance objectives outlined in the draft Performance Work Statement and provide personnel with the requisite security clearances. The current contract is held by Halvik Corporation as an 8(a) set-aside, with a period of performance from December 2022 to December 2024. Vendors are requested to submit a statement of capability addressing the technical questions, which will be used to determine the need for small business or other set-asides for the future requirement.
