About this file

This is Amendment 0007 to solicitation W519TC-24-R-0011 for Global Protective Services (GPS), issued by the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island. The amendment revises several sections of Attachment 0002 Section L, including: modifying requirements for document searchability and cross-referencing in proposals; clarifying facility clearance requirements to allow uncleared personnel for housing/life support services while maintaining SECRET clearance requirements for the prime contractor and other subcontractors; and adding a new requirement that pending facility clearances for joint ventures must be fully adjudicated within 180 days of contract award.

The amendment also revises the work sample requirements, specifically clarifying that 50% of accepted work samples must be from projects where the offeror served as prime contractor, regardless of whether the total quantity equals or exceeds the Minimum Technical Task Requirement (MTTR) of 57,600 points. No changes were made to proposal due dates or other major terms and conditions of the solicitation. The amendment was signed on February 27, 2025 by contracting officer Anthony Michael Patera.
