About this file

This is Amendment 0006 to solicitation W519TC-24-R-0011 for Global Protective Services (GPS), issued by the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island. The amendment makes several key clarifications and revisions: 1) Offerors are only required to submit one copy of their proposal rather than two, 2) Documents may be submitted in non-OCR searchable format with clear identification of supporting information, 3) Facility clearance requirements are modified to allow proof of pending US or NATO SECRET facility clearance at proposal submission, with full clearance required within 180 days of award, 4) At least 50% of work samples must be from projects where the offeror acted as prime contractor, and 5) The requirement for "Armed Security Contracts" experience is changed to "Security Contracts."

Additional changes include clarifying that the 500-character limit on work sample cover sheets can exclude spaces, providing a MS Word version of the work sample cover sheet, and specifying that the 7-page limit on DD Form 254s applies per submission rather than total. The amendment also notes that brief affirmations are acceptable in Part III Project Description, with expanded narratives to be included elsewhere in proposals. The amendment is effective February 25, 2025, and all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
