This is an announcement for an Installation-Counter small Unmanned Aircraft System (I-CsUAS) Industry Day hosted by the Program Executive Officer, Land Systems (PEO LS) Program Manager, Ground Based Air Defense (PM GBAD) at Marine Corps Base Quantico. PM GBAD has scheduled the Industry Day for 12 July 2023. This Industry Day is meant specifically for industry participants that have existing capabilities for I-CsUAS. The Government is looking for solutions with components/sub-systems that, do not require research and development, have Technical Readiness Level (TRL) 8 or TRL 9, and when integrated together provides a system that is no less than TRL 7 to meet I-CsUAS requirements.
This notice is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotations. The Government will express its goals, schedule and solicit feedback about the future procurement during the Industry Day. This Industry Day is meant specifically for those vendors that have solutions directly related to the requirement, Request for Information (RFI M67854-23-I-0001) that was posted to www.SAM.gov on 15 November 2022.
The Industry Day will include opening comments and SECRET I-CsUAS requirements briefings. Personnel wishing to attend the Industry Day must have the appropriate clearance and adhere to all requirements for a classified level briefing. The event will be limited to US citizens only and will require advanced RSVP (see below).
Tentative Agenda (Marine Corps Base Quantico):
· 08:30-09:00 Welcome and Agenda
· 09:00-10:30 Briefings on current capability gaps, and threats and requirements
· 10:30-11:00 Question and answer
· 11:00-11:30 Lunch Break

After lunch break, the scheduled, one-on-one breakout sessions between industry and the Government I-CsUAS project team will be conducted. These breakout sessions will occur on 12 July 2023. Interested vendors must request a single, not-to-exceed 30 minute one-on-one discussion with the Government I-CsUAS representatives (see below).
Notice of Intent/RSVP Interested entities must submit a Notice of Intent to participate (via RSVP) in the Industry Day general session and one-on-one breakout sessions by 21 June 2023. Late requests received by the Government after this date will not be accommodated.

The Government cannot accommodate scheduling requests by phone. If your organization does not have any technology or information related to the requirements, you may not be scheduled for a one-on-one session and potentially will not be permitted to attend the general industry briefing.
