About this file
This specification document from the Ohio Division of Wildlife's Senecaville State Fish Hatchery details requirements for the procurement of 3.6 million Hybrid Striped Bass Fry. The delivery is split into two shipments: 1.6 million fry (approximately 32 boxes) to be delivered to East Fork State Park on May 8th, and 2 million fry (approximately 40 boxes) to be delivered to Senecaville Hatchery on May 15th. Each box should contain 50,000 fry. Site visits are available but not mandatory, and interested bidders can contact the facility to arrange visits.
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on low lot total, which will be calculated by multiplying unit costs by estimated usage quantities. All bidders must submit the Standard Affirmation & Disclosure Form through Ohio Buys, and invoices must be submitted directly to Ohio Shared Services via email, fax, or mail. The awarded supplier will need to sign an Addendum to Bid Quote or Personal Services Agreement.
