About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a federal contract opportunity to provide HVAC maintenance services at the Scott Inn facility.

The PWS outlines the specific HVAC equipment to be covered, including boilers, cooling towers, chillers, pumps, and air handling units. It details the required quarterly and annual maintenance services for each piece of equipment, such as inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and controls checks. The contractor must be certified on the Daikin Foss compressors used in the equipment.

The contract requires the vendor to perform four quarterly inspections per year and submit written reports. The annual maintenance fee will be invoiced in four installments. The PWS also includes provisions for the contractor to obtain prior approval for any scheduled repairs or emergency services not covered under the annual maintenance fee. The contract is administered by the Department of the Air Force's Air Mobility Command.
