1PWSPWS Para 5.1, 5.2 & 5.3Please provide clarification on the following. 5.1 states the work in the

PWS in "UNCLASSIFIED". 5.2 and 5.3 reference SECRET level requirements.

Both seem in conflict with 5.1. In order to get an FCL at the SECRET generally the work must be classified at the SECRET level. Am I reading/interpreting this incorrectly is my question. The work will primarily be UNCLASSIFIED. There will be times when the work will be at a SECRET level. Examples are planning conference attendance and discussions with the COR, and senior leadership.
