Question # Question/Comment/Feedback Government Response
I am hoping to find out if there is an incumbent contractor currently performing these services, if similar services have been performed in the past, or if this is a new requirement. If there is an incumbent, could you please provide the contract or task order number?
This solicitation is a reprocurement. The current contract number is HTC71115CW001.
What about the accommodations, transport and food of manpower's -12, is it provide by USG or Contractor ?
Please reference Section 4.6 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for travel, if travel is required. There is no reimbursement for accommodations, transport, or food for contract performance at the duty locations of Camp Arifjan, Kuwait and the SPOD in Kuwait.
The contractor is required to submit from section SF 1449 form of continuation sheet of clin structure Page No. 3 of 50 from D2S2-RFQ apart from the Clin structure of RFQ information sheet
Page 3 of the RFQ should not be completed. IAW 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, please complete
Attachment 2, RFQ Information Sheet.
Contractor need to demonstrate in all clauses from SAM system because of page limits submission ?
With the exception of 52.212-3 (please refer to Attachment 3, Section A.4), all required provisions and clauses can be certified within the System for Award
Management (SAM). If certifying within SAM, hardcopy submissions are not required. The
Government will use SAM to verify all clause fill-ins have been completed.
Will update by USG the Standard form -30 along with questions and answers?
An amendment/modification will not be completed for this additional information. All questions and answers will be posted publicly on beta.SAM.gov.
IS require to submit on the proposal that Safety plan, HSE Plan ,QA /QC plan and company profile due to page limits constraints ?
Please refer to Addendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors. A safety plan, HSE plan, QA/QC plan and company profile are not required documents IAW the solicitation. Per 1.3.3.1 of the PWS, the contractor shall submit their Quality Control Plan to the Contracting Officer Representative for review within 30 calendar days after contract award.
