About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) from the United States Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC) for a Validation Lifecycle Management System (VLMS) with maintenance, technical services, and support.

The USAMRDC requires a SaaS-based VLMS solution to streamline and improve its validation lifecycle management and FDA compliance processes. The system must cover the entire FDA computing system validation lifecycle, including features such as content lifecycle management, change control, risk-based validation, and electronic test case execution. The vendor must also provide professional services for initial setup and configuration, as well as ongoing maintenance and enhancements. The RFI has specific minimum essential characteristics for the software and services. Responses are due by October 18, 2024 and should include confirmation of the requested capabilities as well as verification of the vendor's compliance with Defense Health Agency (DHA) NIST security requirements. This is an information-gathering exercise and is not a solicitation for a contract at this time.
