About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for waste paper shredding and removal services for the Defense Health Agency. The services include providing 22 shredding bins across multiple buildings, with bins to be serviced monthly or every four to five weeks. The contractor will be responsible for shredding contents onsite and returning empty bins to their original locations. The estimated period of performance is from April 2024 to March 2025. Questions were answered to clarify that there is no incumbent, badging is required and will be provided, and that all shredding must occur onsite. Pricing should be provided using the Contract Line Item Numbers format in unit and total monthly prices for the 22 bins.
