About this file

This document is a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition for a sole source contract with Allied Universal Technologies to install 15 AMAG access control systems at the Naval Hospital Jacksonville. The contract is a new fixed-price non-personal services contract for the installation, which is expected to take 60-120 days. The installation services include providing AMAG controllers, reader modules, mag locks, and related cabling. The justification cites FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 8.405-6 as the statutory authorities, as Allied Universal is the only authorized installer of the AMAG access control system currently used across the Naval Air Station Jacksonville. The contract was awarded on May 31, 2024 to SECURADYNE SYSTEMS INTERMEDIATE LLC for $80,451.50.
