Instructions for providing specific feedback on Contracting and Acquisition Support Services (CASS) Draft RFP Feedback Form
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is releasing the CASS Draft RFP for the purpose of obtaining feedback from industry. All questions or comments related to this CASS Draft RFP must be submitted on this Excel feedback form. Suggestions, questions or comments submitted via a narrative email or in any other format will not be accepted.

All comments and feedback for your company will be submitted using this Excel Form to DHA no later than 3:00 PM CST on April 24, 2024. Specific comments contained in the Excel tool may be considered in revisions to the final CASS RFP.

Feedback will be SENT by email to pamela.j.bryerton.civ@health.mil and stephani.n.preusser.civ@health.mil Please ensure the Excel file is clearly LABELED with your Organization's Name (for example: XYZ Company_Comments on Draft CASS RFP)

Instructions for completing the Excel Worksheet:
