Solicitation Number: HT0011-18-R-0053 Version: 4.0 Date: 19 November 2018
PART 1
1.0 GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 This is a non-personal services contract to provide health readiness services to the Service Components (SC), which are composed of the Reserve Components (RC), Active Components (AC) and Department of Defense (DoD) civilians enabling the SCs to meet the necessary medical and dental standards and requirements essential in maintaining a deployable force.
1.2 Description of services/introduction: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform health readiness services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. 1.3 Background: The RHRP has provided health readiness support services to the SCs since 2007. SCs require these medical and dental services to have a medically ready, deployable force. The transition in for the RHRP-3 is up to 12 months, necessitating the bridge contract.
1.4 Objectives:
Provide health readiness services to Reserve Component and geographically remote Active Component Service members as well as certain DoD civilians which enable them to be deployable
Provide those services in every state, U.S. Territory, the District of Columbia and Germany in a quality, effective, and efficient manner meeting the requirements of the SCs and needs of the Service members

The contractor shall continue to meet all contract requirements from the outset of the Bridge Contract.
1.6.1.2 Phase out period. The period of time 90 days prior to the end of the award date.
