Good Morning Mr. Jones & Mr. Koroma, AFC Management Services intends to participate in the RFP process for BPA West Technical Services. As such, can you please tell us is there a minimum number of services for which we can submit a quote and technical proposal for this solicitation?

Thank you for your consideration and reply.

Thank you for this information. I am trying to review the following solicitation numbers but when I try to open the documents it says “no page found”. Can you help me with this? Thank you for your assistance.

Fedbizops was experiencing technical issues. It should now be resolved.

Hello, I apologize, but I am not sure where our company needs to go online to register and follow updates and future solicitations.

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

You need to go to Fedbizops.

Hello, I have been having difficulty accessing the this RFR. Each time I click on it, I get a “page not found” screen instead.

Easter Seals Massachusetts is interested in learning more about this opportunity.

Could you please help me find the actual posting? Thank you.

We are interested in the following solicitation now listed in FedBizOpps.gov:

Solicitation Numbers:

HT0011-12-R-0019 (TRO-North Technical Services BPA)

HT0011-12-R-0020 (TRO-West Technical Services BPA)

HT0011-12-R-0021 (TRO-South Technical Services BPA)

Fedbizops was experiencing technical issues. It should now be resolved.

Something is wrong with and/or the underlying document(s) is(are) missing for this solicitation so that when we click on the link(s) to the PDF that should contain the request for proposal, we see this message: “The page you requested could not be found.”

Hi-- My name is Kim Devane. I am the owner and president of Divine Imaging Inc. We are a small, woman owned, disadvantaged company with US Veterans on staff along with other great civilian team member. WE have 5 GSA Contracts/ Schedules and 8 DoD contracts including 3 Milstrip and we would like to be able to View this opportunity to see if it is something we can participate on. WE have been in the govt business for 10 year and have a 94% Past Performance rating and if this is within our scope or products or services we would like to submit a bid.

Please send me the Solicitation.

The solicitation is available on Fedbizops.

Have a great Sunday!

We could not view solicitation # HT0011-12-R-0018 documents on the FBO website. The link said "page not found". How can we see what it is?

Alim-I am working/looking over this solicitation.

1 If we are to bid on the RFQ- are we able to bid on providing services for just Item #0006

(since we do not provide services in the other Item #’s such as 0001)

You can bid on one, or all of the items.

2. Also must you accept all geographical locations ? (It was unclear to me if you needed to accept ALL geographical areas or you could limit your areas in the North RFQ ???)

You must cover the entire area as listed in the RFQ.

Hello Mr. Koroma, I have reviewed the following solicitations:

HT0011-12-R-0019 (TRO-North Technical Services BPA)

HT0011-12-R-0020 (TRO-West Technical Services BPA)

HT0011-12-R-0021 (TRO-South Technical Services BPA)

Can you let me know, will the government accept bids on specific items in the solicitation if the bidding company does not bid on every item listed in the solicitation?

For example, if we were to bid solely on the sign language interpretation part of the opportunity, would the government allow this?

Any clarification you can provide would be very much appreciated.

You can bid on one, or all of the items.

Good afternoon Mr. Fox, Regarding the Solicitation for Technical Services BPA West, HT001112R0020: I am hoping to obtain a list of the incumbents for this effort. Can you provide this, or is there a document that contains the incumbent information? I appreciate your help!

There is no incumbent

Hello. Our organization is considering responding to this opportunity (HT0011-12-R-0019). However, we have some questions and don't know where to direct them (below).

Is there a formal process/period for questions and answers?

Our questions are as follows:

1. In some areas of this document services are referred to as "Interpreting Services” in other areas, the same service seems to be referred to as "Technical Services". Is this a typo? If not, can you explain "Interpreting Services"?

Interperting Services are defined as providing sign language or other communications means to persons who are hard of hearing or deaf.

2. Does CAP have a required/target response time for services to begin once ordered? This will be specified in individual calls. This is a

BPA.

What is the anticipated time of award of this contract? If awarded, when must services begin? The individual calls will specify this.

4. Is there any available data on the number of hours and types of services currently provided in each geographic area? No

5. Is report-writing time a service that will be reimbursed? No

6. Is staff time spent while traveling reimbursed? No

7. Is it possible to provide "Need assessment" services remotely via telephone or other video phone methods? No

Thank you.

Alim, If we respond to this solicitation are we saying we are willing to provide services to all states in that region? I know it says more than one company may be awarded a type of service. We have done work for CAP for many years in Minnesota, the Dakotas and Wisconsin and these are the only states we can realistically service. Is there any point in us submitting a bid if that is the case?

Thank you, Hi Alim, I am hoping to obtain a list of incumbent for the Technical Services BPA West effort, HT001112R0020. Is this information available? I appreciate your help.

There is no incumbent.

In reviewing the RFP for CAP requirements we have the following questions. These questions pertain to all three solicitation: 19, 20 and 21. Thank you in advance for your response.

1. What is the bid response timeline envisioned by the government for orders above the $3,000 micro-purchase threshold as noted in section C.5.1.b?

2. What percentage of orders is anticipated to include need assessments as part of the order as per CLIN XXX6?

3.What percentage of orders is anticipated to include interpreting services as part of the order as per CLIN XXX7?

1. Section C.5.1.b will be amended to strike that clause. Vendors will be rotated, not sent out for bid.

2. Unknown

3. Unknown.
