About this file

This is Addendum 2 to an Invitations for Bid (IFB) issued by the California High-Speed Rail Authority for fire alarm suppression systems and fire sprinkler systems monitoring, maintenance, and repair services across nine properties located in Fresno, California. The addendum modifies the original IFB HSR25-124 by clarifying requirements, specifications, and conditions for the provision of comprehensive fire system services including routine monitoring, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and inspections at the designated California High-Speed Rail Authority facilities. The scope encompasses both fire alarm suppression systems and fire sprinkler systems, requiring qualified contractors to maintain these critical safety systems in operational condition throughout the contract term.

The addendum provides essential modifications and clarifications to the original solicitation documents and Addendum 1, addressing contractor requirements, technical specifications, and administrative procedures for bid submission and evaluation. Interested bidders must review all addenda in conjunction with the base IFB documents to ensure full compliance with current requirements. The Authority reserves the right to award contracts to qualified bidders meeting the specified technical and administrative standards. Contractors should consult all issued addenda and the original IFB for complete information regarding pricing requirements, contract terms, performance standards, and submission procedures.
