NO Question Proposed Response 1 The Bid Form only has an input for the hourly rate for services, does this mean the State will provide all fencing materials and hardware? Will the State provide any and all equipment that is required such as a forklift or CFM 185 Air Compressor?
Is the labor requirement subject to Prevailing Wage or is this PLA/Union?
Per the IFB, page 1 of the Bidder Requirements and Information, Section 1 (Purpose and Description of Services), page 1 of Exhibit A, Scope of Work, Section 2. A forklift is not required. However, bidders are required to provide an air compressor as part of their equipment. This procurement is subject to prevailing wage requirements. Please refer to Page 1, Section 4, Prevailing Wage, in the IFB’s Bidder Requirements and Information.
