Yes, we are looking to have a new ADA compliant shower installed. The other unit has a surface mount shower stall that is 100% ADA compliant.
Whatever it takes to accomplish ADA compliance is what we are after.

In response to my previous specification, you stated regarding the new shower, "ADA approved shower stall with seat". If this is truely an ADA installation, then said shower would have to be recessed into the existing concrete slab; which means extensive demolition to the bathroom slab, cutting the structural reinforcement in the slab, and recessing the shower stall so that there is only a 1/2" lip into the shower. Is this what you want done and have done before? Or are you only going to require a new ADA shower stall installed on top of the existing concrete slab?
Thank you, John Van
