Submit the resource constraint and scheduling evaluation via a CFR.

NOTE

The intent of the resource constraint and scheduling evaluation is to identify the resources necessary to ‘crash’ the critical path or make adjustments to the production schedule to meet the delivery date in lieu of a project extension.”

Preconstruction Primers. Also known as shop primers, preconstruction primers are used as a temporary coating to protect steel from corrosion during welding, storage, and fabrication. Preconstruction primers shall be removed prior to applying the permanent coating system on all critical coated surfaces. Preconstruction primers may be left in place in other interior areas (such as machinery spaces, habitability spaces, etc.) if they are intact, uncontaminated, and compatible with the overcoating system.”
