Answer: No, the USCG does not intend to schedule ordered courses concurrently.
3. RFP 7.0 Deliverables - "Final curricula for all classes are due NLT 30 days after award of IDIQ contract." Is it acceptable to have each Course developed, approved, and finalized 30 days prior to scheduled classroom delivery?
Answer: See PWS 5.1. Each USCG final approved curriculum required by PWS 5.1, is neither an all-encompassing nor a detailed curriculum.

Answer: Prior Aviation Safety and Accident Investigation training has been Contractor provided.
5. RFP Attachment 1, Sect 1.8: "There are no travel requirements for work performed under this PWS. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed." Does this include travel to the "Kick-Off Meeting" (Attachment 1, Sect 1.10) required within five days of IDIQ award?
Answer: See PWS 1.8.
6. Can the Kick-Off Meeting be performed as a teleconference, or is attendance mandatory?
Answer: See Amendment 00001.
7. With reference to PWS paragraph 1.10 which requires a kick-off meeting within 5 days, paragraph 5.01 which calls for each course to be tailored to USCG standards and regulations, and 5.1 which requires “contractor shall provide a USCG approved final curriculum to the COTR NLT 30 days after contract award, unless otherwise agreed upon with the COTR in writing.” While the “unless otherwise agreed upon,” opens a window, does the Coast Guard desire a final curriculum including all lesson plans and presentation materials for all 6 courses to be tailored and submitted within the 25 remaining days or the first of the six with the others to follow in the sequence of USCG scheduling?
Answer: See PWS 5.01.
