EVALUATION CRITERIA
Evaluation Factors for Award:
The Government intends to award a firm fixed price task order to the responsive, responsible Offeror providing the lowest price technically acceptable quotes.
1. Technical:
a. Technical Capability - Technical Capability is defined as the documented capability to meet all requirements as specified in this solicitation and the Statement of Work. The Vendor’s Quote should clearly outline the Offeror's capability to meet the requirements as stated in the statement of work.
2. Price:
a. Price will be evaluated for completeness and reasonableness. The evaluated price will be determined by the sum of multiplying the unit price per contract line item times the estimated quantity.
Evaluation of price will consider the total of the annual prices for all contract years (base plus all options, including a possible six-month extension). The resulting contract from this solicitation will be a firm fixed price contract.
b. In accordance with FAR 52.217-8, the Government reserves the right to extend performance under this contract after the base period for a period up to six (6) months. Vendors must confirm in the Price Quote the extended price offered to the Government if the six (6) month period is required. If no price increase will be applicable, please provide a statement confirming prices will remain unchanged and rates from the current option year will be extended.
FAILURE TO PROVIDE RELEVANT INFORMATION THAT ALLOWS THE GOVERNMENT TO
AFFIRMATIVELY DETERMINE THAT THE VENDOR MEETS OR EXCEEDS THE
TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE CRITERIA IDENTIFIED ABOVE MAY RESULT IN A
DETERMINATION OF NON-ACCEPTABILITY.
Basis for Award:
In accordance with FAR 8.405-2, the Government will make award to the offeror whose quotation is the lowest price technically acceptable.
Rating Definition for Technical Acceptability:
Adjectival Symbol Technical Capabilities Acceptable A The quote meets the stated requirements listed in the Statement of Work
