Cargo Pre-Inspection Pilot
1. Can foreign national students who are legally in the US on F-1 visas help execute the field data collection requirements? This question is complex. We would have to take each one case by case as many factors come into play. The student’s citizenship and where they will be working (US vs. Canada) would determine what criteria they need to meet for working in each respective country. Other factors like possible payment for their participation and approved practical training would also have to be reviewed.
2. Will the Government provide potential bidders who were unable to attend the site visit all slides and briefing materials that were presented to attendees? No briefing materials were presented at the site visit.
3. Will the Government provide potential bidders a list of attendees at the site visit? Yes.

4. Will the Government identify the contiguous geographic area it wants visible in the required simulation model(s)? Yes, CBP will define the desired area.
