About this file
This is an amendment document for the APC Replacement Batteries Cartridges contract opportunity issued by the State of Maryland. The amendment modifies the original solicitation for replacement batteries and cartridges for APC (American Power Conversion) uninterruptible power supply systems. The document establishes the framework for procuring these critical power supply components, with specific attention to product specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements. The contract term and any associated renewal options would be detailed within the procurement specifications, along with the timeline for submission of bids and the anticipated award date for the selected vendor or vendors.
The amendment likely addresses modifications to pricing terms, technical specifications, delivery schedules, or other contractual conditions from the original solicitation. As this is Amendment 1 to the original APC Replacement Batteries Cartridges solicitation, it represents a formal revision to the procurement terms that all prospective bidders must acknowledge and incorporate into their proposals. Any changes to set-aside requirements, incumbent contractor considerations, or funding allocations would be specified within this amendment to ensure all parties have access to the most current and accurate procurement information prior to bid submission.
