About this file

This document is an Offeror Response Template for an MDA (Missile Defense Agency) Solicitation, numbered HQ0859-25-R-E001, Attachment L-02. The template is designed for potential contractors to provide corporate experience details for a contract opportunity. Offerors are required to demonstrate experience in a minimum of two, but no more than three work areas from Section C of the solicitation, with experience to be shown at the prime contractor level. The template includes detailed sections for documenting three separate corporate experiences, requiring information such as work area, contract number, client details, contract type, award and completion dates, and a detailed description of the experience's relevance to the solicitation requirements. Contractors must validate their experience through either an FPDS-NG record, a signature from a government contracting officer, or a subcontract agreement excerpt. The final page is reserved for government evaluators to rate the proposal as either acceptable or unacceptable.
