About this file

The document is a Vendor Questions and Answers file for a federal contract opportunity to procure two hot water high pressure washers from the Department of Defense Washington Headquarters Service. The Q&A clarifies two key points about the procurement: first, that no installation is required, and the vendor will only need to provide the equipment through delivery; second, that the pressure washers are expected to be standalone units suitable for stationary installation on-site, rather than mounted on a trailer or with mobile transport capabilities. The document also explicitly states that no further questions will be accepted, indicating the solicitation is in a final stage of clarification before potential award.

Vendor’s Questions and Answers:

Answer: No installation, just the material/part/equipment.

2. I would like to request clarification regarding the scope of work specifications:

• Is the Government expecting the two pressure washers to be provided mounted on a trailer or with any mobile transport capability?

• Or is the expectation to provide the pressure washers as standalone units, suitable for stationary installation on site?
