About this file

This file contains instructions for submitting bids through the Vendor Registry platform for a state and local contract opportunity issued by Henry County, Georgia's Purchasing Department. The solicitation, identified as IFB 23-38, seeks a qualified vendor to supply and deliver an AP8750CX Lektro Tug for Atlanta Speedway Airport. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the bid terms and conditions. Sealed bids were due on March 14, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. local time and were to be submitted to the Henry County Purchasing Department at 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, McDonough, Georgia 30253. Bidders were prohibited from withdrawing proposals for sixty days after the bid closing date, except as permitted under Georgia Code Section OCGA.

The solicitation resulted in a "Closed/No Award" status, indicating that no contract was awarded following the bid opening. No pricing information, set-asides, incumbent contractor details, or funding source documentation is available in the award notice. Interested vendors were instructed to submit bids through the Vendor Registry online platform at vrapp.vendorregistry.com by logging into their profiles, locating the solicitation in the Bid Center, and uploading required bid documents. Late bids were not accepted, and Henry County reserved the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any technicalities. Technical support for the bidding process was available through Vendor Registry, Inc. at cservice@vendorregistry.com or (844) 802-9202.
