About this file

This is an instructional guidance document related to a Banking Services Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by State University of New York at Stony Brook, which includes Stony Brook Foundation and Faculty Student Association. The RFP seeks a comprehensive banking services partnership to optimize cash flow management and enhance banking and customer service capabilities. The University is requesting proposals from banks, national banks, or trust companies chartered in New York in accordance with NYS Banking Laws. Interested vendors must register their companies on the web-based procurement platform powered by Jaggaer at https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=SUNY to access the complete bid documents, including RFP 26/27-006MC and all attached exhibits. The document provides guidance on how to submit questions and utilize the Q&A board feature within the sourcing event platform.

The RFP includes no specific set-aside requirements for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB Goal: 0.00%), Minority-Owned Businesses (MBE Goal: 0.00%), Women-Owned Businesses (WBE Goal: 0.00%), or Disadvantaged Businesses (DBE Goal: 0.00%).
