About this file
This document is a job aid that describes how to submit an electronic response, known as a Quote, to a Request for Response (RFR) posted on the COMMBUYS procurement system used by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The job aid provides step-by-step instructions, with screenshots, on how to register and maintain a COMMBUYS Seller subscription account, access open bids, acknowledge receipt of the bid, complete the Quote with details such as delivery, shipping, payment terms, and requested items, and then submit the Quote. The related state and local contract opportunity is for Cutlery Sharpening Services, but the document does not provide any specific details about that contract opportunity.
The document does not contain information about pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient details related to the Cutlery Sharpening Services contract opportunity. It solely focuses on providing guidance on the COMMBUYS electronic bidding process.
