About this file

This Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HNAA) seeks high-performance workstations to support the SPIDR (Scalable Portable Integrated Data Router) gateway manager and WINTAK map display software. The RFI outlines detailed minimum and preferred hardware requirements, including specifications for operating system (Windows 11 64-bit), processors (2.2 GHz 10-Core with preferred being Intel Ultra i9 5.1 GHz), RAM (32 GB minimum, 64 GB preferred), graphics capabilities, storage (1 TB minimum, 2 TB preferred), and network interfaces.

Vendors are requested to provide comprehensive information including company details, product specifications, pricing, warranty and support options, customer references, and business size classification. The RFI emphasizes technical requirements such as removable SSDs, parallel processing capabilities, multiple expansion slots, and specific port configurations. Responses are due by April 25, 2025, and must be submitted electronically to the contract specialist Abigail Browchuk, with submissions limited to 10 pages. The document stresses that this is an information-gathering exercise and does not constitute a commitment to purchase, with responses restricted to unclassified information.
