HHM402-23-S-0001 Amendment 001 - BAA.pdf

This is Amendment 001 to the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) NEEDIPEDIA Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) solicitation HHM402-23-S-0001. The amendment appears to be primarily administrative in nature as part of a follow-on solicitation to HHM402-19-S-0001.

The BAA seeks innovative ideas from both traditional and non-traditional sources, including large businesses, small businesses, independent consultants, academic institutions, and consortiums. The goal is to maximize DIA's operational efficiency and effectiveness while enhancing technological capabilities that support the agency's national and international mission requirements. The solicitation structure allows for participation from all qualified sources that can provide innovative solutions to meet DIA's objectives.
