6. According to Cross Match, the manufacture of the Seek II (model CMT#925212-122) --supplies are very limited. All orders are placed on a 90 day production schedule. The earliest this item can be delivered is 3 months from time of order placement. This is ~45 days past delivery date requested on the RFP. Is this acceptable?

Equipment may be delivered prior to the date proposed.
7. The equipment list specifies “Seek II (Model CMT#952212-122) from Crossmatch; however, the Crossmatch representative stated that it is important to know the intended application of the system as this will impact how the equipment is configured. Applications are listed on the second page of the atch Seek II brochure.

9. The Powerenz Hail Storm (model LA110-144W) is not a direct purchase item. Powerenz cannot provide a quote until receiving exact technical specifications, preferably from a technical end-user. The following was received in response to our RFQ: “Please ask your engineer who knows the requirements of the end users to give me a call at 770-639-2244. All of our systems are custom, and can be modified as needed. The Hail storm system for which you requested a quote is a one-of-a-kind, and will not be built exactly the same. In fact, the next version will be an improved system that has better performance, will be simpler to assemble, and will have the same price. Instead of two 55AH batteries, there will be one 100-110AH battery. Instead of the 30-amp solar charge controller that uses PWM technology for charging, there will be a 10-amp unit that uses far superior MPPT technology for charging. If the end users do not really need 800 watts of power, the inverter can be reduced in size, and that will reduce weight and cost.” Please provide required/desired technical specifications for this product. Also, lead time for this item is 90-days … is this acceptable?
Response: The next version with better performance, simpler to assemble, and the same price that is as close to the system requested is acceptable.
